Compliance with rules, standards and values is crucial to prevent harm to our employees, external persons and our company and to protect us all.
Whistleblowers are afforded the best possible protection and their information is treated in strict confidence so that no disadvantages arise as a result of a report.
Persons against whom allegations are made are given the opportunity as early as possible to present their views and comment on the matter.
For legal reasons, reports without concrete evidence may not be processed further. We would also like to point out that the deliberate false reporting or denigration of persons constitutes a compliance offence and may lead to legal consequences.
